whatever happened to 2012?! we are now beginning the second half of the year and so far, it has been pretty eventful on my end, but for the better. it is also my birthday month. yes, i celebrate my birthday throughout the month, so maybe i will be better blogging this month. i had so much planned, well, at least in my mind, for this month such as a "my favorites birthday giveaway" and a "july photo of the day" for instagram and here - yea, i don't have a thing to show for.
i realized that this will be the first time since 2008 that i will be in town for my actual birthday. i am usually traveling somewhere or partying it up in vegas. however, at the end of the month i will be going to canada to chill with my lovely friend, elisse. last year, we went to vegas for my birthday with four other amazing friends of ours. i've been to canada before so i'm over the touristy itinerary and just want a chillax time. as she said on twitter, my itinerary includes: do something, do nothing and eat/drink well. amen. let the countdown begin.

I'll miss you ladies this year. Sorry I couldn't make it work but you are so lucky to be visiting Elisse. I'm jealous cuz you guys are going to have a great time.
